original Bautista home

At the moment I don't have much information about when this house was built.  This was the house that Maximino and Jacinta Bautista lived in and raised their children (one of whom was Nanay Tanay).  Nanay was the third child, born in 1894.

I also know that Tatay Roding, born in 1934 had grown up in this house.

It's a 2-story house.  I didn't pay attention to the ground floor because current owners have remodeled it since they bought the house almost 20 years ago.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a fairly large living room, kitchen area with a separate bathroom.  Details of the upstairs are basically what it was since the early 1900s.  Changes included new metal sheeting if the former was destroyed due to storms.

Underneath the linoleum is wood slats.  The current owner placed the linoleum for easier cleaning.

Plants were kept here, near the window sill.
I like the swirly patterns in the window panes.
