Stations of the Cross is prayed outside the Church during Lent. Every Friday at 4 pm people are invited to pray. Each Friday different barangays or villages within Pililla "host" the Stations of the Cross.
Earlier in the week, those in charge in the villages ask home owners if they will take a Station. An image is given to them for the week. Homeowners prepare an altar that may have statues, candles, flowers, etc. Homeowners are also given a prayer to read throughout the week.
On Fridays, when people come into the houses with the Station, one of the homeowners if they wish read the prayers from the Stations of the Cross booklet.
