Christmas lighting was the first Sunday of Advent, Nov. 30, 2014, after the 6:15 Mass. Banda 22 performed a couple of pieces at the beginning and again at the end during the fireworks display. They played the theme from "Star Wars" at the end.
There were various speeches made in between the lighting of different areas. Speakers included Fr. Jovi, Mayor Masikip, Sr., hermanos and hermanas of Santo Rosario (men and women who are head of various organizations at church). It was a beautiful evening, full of excitement for Christmas.

ReplyDeleteStar Wars?!?!? Caleb and I drove around to look at light displays last night. We found one synchronized to music like you see on the internet. Very impressive. Our lights are still in tub high on garage shelf. :(
